By signing up or using this wiki, you agree to these terms of service. Anything you uploaded will be ruled under this TOS with little to no negotiation. By visiting or using this site, you can not sue Vetpetmon or Vetpetmon Labs for any reason, such as your data being shared with law enforcement or having your content permanently deleted and account terminated, even if you donated money to the SNAZpedia.
"Content" refers to anything you, the user, submit/upload to our server, including, but not limited to, text, images, page talk messages, and audio.
Under no circumstance are you allowed to use a VPN on our website.
This is an extensive list of what is not allowed on this wiki/server:
UNUSUAL FILE TYPES/PROPERTIES
- You are to observe file type upload rules. Executable files, webm files with inserted code/functionality, and JavaScript files are such examples. (Exceptions may be made)
- Excessively large files are not permitted. Bandwidth and storage doesn't grow on trees.
- Links to download disallowed files are an immediately bannable offense, along with every other instance of bypassing site rules.
ILLEGAL & COPYRIGHTED CONTENT
- Any plagiarized media, including AI-generated artwork or text will NOT be tolerated. (We follow US copyright laws.)
- Copyrighted content that you do not OWN is not permitted on this site. This includes derivative works of series, but extends to books, photographs, artwork, and so fourth.
- Not safe for work (NSFW) content, including (but not limited to) pornography, nudity, and promotion of real-world drugs are not allowed. Follow PG-15 standards.
- Any content you upload that is illegal according to United States law will be reported to US law enforcement agencies. If you have to question the legality of something, don't upload it.
- Any unauthorized usage of content on SNAZpedia (including, but not limited to, the generation of AI art databases) will be met with legal action for both copyright infringement and unauthorized access to the SNAZpedia media library. This statute applies even if the user (or robot) does not agree to the Terms of Service, and by accessing this site in any way and capacity, you agree to forfeit some freedoms.
- Uploading AI-created content onto this service or any services related to the SNAZverse is prohibited, no matter what involvement of human input is claimed, doing so will immediately void all of your privacy rights without negotiation permanently. Attempting to copyright any AI-made image here will result in immediate takedown, public release of MAC address, IP address, location, browser and operating system, and any other personally-identifying information that can be used to aid with legal pursuits. Failing to disclose violating content was created by AI within 6 hours of uploading will result in a lawsuit and fines of up to $50,000 USD for each image found in violation. 37 CFR Part 202 gives us, Vetpetmon Labs & Modrome, full rights to pursue legal action, and it will be applied to users outside of the US if possible. We will treat any degree of AI-assistance in artwork as a full copyright abuse violation.
- We have a zero-tolerance policy with scams. Examples of scams include, but are not limited to: "Artificial Intelligence" services, cryptocurrencies, multi-level marking schemes/pyramid schemes, phishing, and more.
HATE & DISCRIMINATION
- Any hateful content that targets a group (based on age, gender, sexuality, race, background, ethnicity, disability, educational status, etc) will not be tolerated.
- Hate groups are not tolerated. When it comes to members of certain hate groups posting offending content, we will report data to federal departments such as the FBI.
SOLICITATION
- Unauthorized advertising of services is forbidden. Instances will be met with an immediate ban and loss of privacy protections as defined in the Privacy Policy.
SECURITY EXPLOITS:
- Any user or content that exploits a security vulnerability, in any capacity, will be instantly barred from the wiki with no chance of appeal. Exceptions are made for bug bounty hunters as long as they do not harm Vetpetmon.com or its users.
OTHER:
- Sockpuppeting (the creation of "alt" accounts) is prohibited and will result in a ban for all associated accounts with absolutely no appeal.
- Any attempt to bypass SNAZpedia and Vetpetmon.com rules is disallowed on this network.
We reserve the right to determine what is and is not allowed on our servers. By uploading content to the SNAZpedia, you are agreeing with these terms of service and privacy policy. Remember, you're just on someone else's PC!
As with our Privacy Policy, by using this service, you also agree to clauses in which your data may be handed over to authorities, either by a court's request or we report illegal activity to the court first, even if you do not live in the US.

Failure to follow these terms results in an IP ban (and if applicable, an account termination) and deletion of the violating content.
